Digiwalebabu specializes in:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – including local SEO, fintech SEO, healthcare SEO, and eCommerce SEO.
  • Content Creation – blogs, landing pages, bulk content, product descriptions, and company profiles.
  • Website Design & Development – WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, custom PHP, and SEO-friendly responsive designs.

The scope, timelines, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or service agreement.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are agreed upon in advance through a written proposal or invoice.
  • Payment schedules (e.g., deposits, milestone payments, final balance) must be followed.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements, content, and brand assets.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
  • Maintain timely communication throughout the project.

5. Revisions and Approvals

  • Each project includes a fixed number of revisions (as outlined in the agreement).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Deliverables are deemed accepted once approved or after the review period has passed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables.
  • Digiwalebabu retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All pre-existing intellectual property (such as templates, frameworks, or internal tools) remain the property of Digiwalebabu.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Digiwalebabu does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes from SEO or digital marketing campaigns, as results depend on multiple external factors.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.
  • Clients remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • Digiwalebabu may suspend or terminate Services if the client violates these Terms or fails to make payments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
