This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request cancellations or refunds for our Services. By engaging with our Services, you agree to this policy.


1. Project Initiation & Advance Payments

  • All projects require an advance payment (as agreed in the proposal or invoice) before work begins.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable, as they cover initial project planning, resource allocation, and administrative costs.

2. Cancellations by Clients

  • If you wish to cancel a project before it starts, you must notify us in writing. Advance payments will not be refunded.
  • If a project is already in progress, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Any balance due must be cleared before the cancellation is finalized.

3. Cancellations by Digiwalebabu

  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend Services if:
    • A client fails to make timely payments.
    • A client violates our Terms of Service.
    • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) prevent project continuation.
  • In such cases, we may refund the unused portion of fees, if applicable, after deducting costs incurred.

4. Refunds

  • SEO & Marketing Services: Since SEO and digital marketing rely on multiple external factors, we do not guarantee rankings or results. Refunds are not applicable once work has started.
  • Content Services: Once content has been researched, written, or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
  • Web Development Services: Refunds are not available after the project moves into the design or development phase.
  • Overpayments: If a client accidentally overpays, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. Revision & Dispute Resolution

  • If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to request revisions as per the agreed scope.
  • Any disputes regarding deliverables or payments will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees.
  • Custom research or strategy reports.
  • Paid third-party tools, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
